		<description>I dont know when the last time this guy was in a K-12 classroom but he doesn&#039;t quite have his ideas right.  A textbook is not the curriculum. In some cases it&#039;s not even much of a guide. The curriculum is alive and growing. It incorporates all sorts of different mediums.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But beyond that, I think this guys response shows the problem with our socieyt. Perhaps many of our issues stem from the fact that we&#039;re too busy. Theres too much information and too much going on. And then people like this attack books as being slow and narrow.  Maybe if we all slowed down and got reconnected with the land and each other we&#039;d have less problems...</description>
